Future Cruise Credit Terms & Conditions

NON-EXPIRING FUTURE CRUISE CREDITS

These terms apply to any Future Cruise Credit which your account indicates as non-expiring. Your Future Cruise Credit must be applied prior to the new reservation’s final payment due date. Once the voyage is selected and the Future Cruise Credit is applied, any subsequent changes to the booking, up to and including cancellation, will be subject to Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ standard booking terms and conditions which can also be found on /legal/terms-conditions, provided however that any "refund" referred to in those terms and conditions will be in the form of a further Future Cruise Credit. The Future Cruise Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and at no time will be redeemable for cash, including but not limited to situations of future cruise suspensions, displacements, or cancellations. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to change any and all fares, fees, promotions and surcharges at any time.

EXPIRING FUTURE CRUISE CREDITS

These terms apply to any Future Cruise Credit which your account indicates as expiring. Your Future Cruise Credit must be applied prior to the new reservation’s final payment due date. The new reservation must be booked on or before the book by date and the scheduled sail date must occur on or before the sail by date listed on the certificate. If the Future Cruise Credit is not applied by the book by date its full value will be forfeited. Once the voyage is selected and the Future Cruise Credit is applied, any subsequent changes to the booking, up to and including cancellation, will be subject to Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ standard booking terms and conditions which can also be found on /legal/terms-conditions, provided however that any "refund" referred to in those terms and conditions will be in the form of a further Future Cruise Credit. The Future Cruise Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and at no time will be redeemable for cash, including but not limited to situations of future cruise suspensions, displacements, or cancellations. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to change any and all fares, fees, promotions and surcharges at any time.

Return With Regent Credit Terms And Conditions

(On or after June 22, 2024)

  1. Return with Regent Credits (each, an "RRC") are issued by Goodwill Credit, Ltd. and are available for purchase on Regent Seven Seas Cruises and may only be applied in full as a deposit towards a new reservation on future Regent Seven Seas Cruises. An RRC will satisfy the new booking deposit requirement and no additional payments are necessary until the applicable final payment due date on most sailings except the following may require an additional deposit at the time of booking (i) multi-segment sailings; (ii) Distinctive and Regent suites; and (iii) Grand Voyages & World Cruises. Only one RRC may be applied per suite. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase an RRC.
  2. To redeem an RRC, please call your Travel Professional or Regent Seven Seas Cruises at 844-4REGENT (if in the U.S.) and advise that you wish to apply your RRC to the reservation at the time of booking.   3. The value of the RRC purchased will be in the same currency you used to book the sailing you were on at the time of purchase of the RRC. Currency exchange rates are set at the time of purchase. New cruise reservations must be in the same currency as your RRC. Reservation currencies vary by market and RRC(s) are not eligible to be exchanged to another currency. RRC amounts are based on double occupancy in the following currencies: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and NZD. A maximum of five (5) RRCs may be purchased per person per sailing.
  4. If you use an RRC to book a new cruise within twelve (12) months from the initial purchase of the RRC:
    • A. You are eligible to receive a non-refundable onboard credit ("Non-Refundable Onboard Credit") for each RRC purchased. The value of the Non-Refundable Onboard Credit is based on the Non-Refundable Onboard Credit promotional offering at the time of the RRC purchase. The Non-Refundable Onboard Credit may only be used on the future cruise booked with your corresponding RRC within twelve (12) months from the initial purchase of the RRC. The Non-Refundable Onboard Credit may only be applied to onboard purchases of goods or services, and cannot be applied to cruise fare, airfare, hotel costs, tax, service charges, casino charges, or purchases of RRC(s). The Non-Refundable Onboard Credit is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by law. Any unused portion of the Non-Refundable Onboard Credit will be forfeited and cannot be carried over from one cruise to another.
    • B. You will be eligible for a one-time additional discount on your new cruise purchase (an "Onboard Booking Savings"). Onboard Booking Savings discounts vary by length of voyage and stateroom category and range from $300 to $4,000 per stateroom, based on double occupancy, or the equivalent thereof in your booking currency. Onboard Booking Savings are combinable with other advertised promotional fares offered at the time of booking your selected cruise unless otherwise stated.
  5. RRC(s) that have not been applied to a future cruise reservation are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days from the initial purchase and any such refund will forfeit any right to receive a Non-Refundable Onboard Credit and Onboard Booking Savings. RRC(s) are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by law. RRC(s) are unable to be applied in partial values. RRC(s) are valid for purchase of new reservations only and do not expire. RRC(s) may not be applied to existing reservations.
  6. RRC(s) are transferable one time to another guest at no charge. Once transferred, the new RRC owner is subject to all RRC terms and conditions. The original RRC owner forfeits rights of ownership once the transfer has been completed.
  7. Reservations are subject to availability. RRC(s) cannot be combined with chartered cruises, incentive cruises, barter cruises, employee discount(s), friends and family discount(s), interline rates, and non-Regent travel partner rates. Once a cruise is booked with your RRC, if a cancellation is requested, it is subject to the same cancellation policy, rules, and regulations (which can be found on your reservation confirmation) as any other payment made for that reservation, except as otherwise stated herein. If you cancel a reservation booked with an RRC, you may rebook to a new date one time if done within one (1) business day of the initial cancellation without forfeiting the Non-Refundable Onboard Credit and Onboard Booking Savings.
  8. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Norwegian Cruise Line Holding Ltd.’s (including its brands and subsidiaries, "we", "us" or "our") privacy policy, which describes how your personal data may be processed, and is available at https://www.rssc.com/legal/privacy-policy. You agree that we may (1) keep your personal and sensitive data, (2) use such personal data in our business worldwide in accordance with our published privacy policy, (3) share such personal data with our affiliated or related companies, and (4) subject such personal data to processing worldwide. You agree that we may disclose personal or sensitive data to unaffiliated third parties (1) with your consent or authorization, (2) to help complete a transaction for you, (3) to comply with laws, regulations, governmental and quasi-governmental requests, orders or legal processes, (4) to enforce these terms and conditions or other agreements or to protect the rights, safety or property of us or others, (5) as part of a purchase, sale, or transfer of assets or our business, (6) to our agents or service providers to perform functions on our behalf, or (7) as otherwise described in our privacy policy.
  9. In addition to these terms and conditions, you must comply with the Regent Seven Seas Cruises brochure terms and conditions including the Regent Seven Seas Cruises guest ticket contract.
  10. All RRC(s) are issued by Goodwill Credit, Ltd. and any claims or concerns with respect to RRC(s) are to be directed to Goodwill Credit, Ltd. at www.goodwillcruisecredit.com. Regent Seven Seas Cruises (including its affiliates other than Goodwill Credit, Ltd.) takes no responsibility for any claim related to RRC(s), including for the loss of identifying RRC information. For all requests related to onboard practices or permissible services including but not limited to the application of RRC(s), RRC refunds, RRC transfers, please call 844-4REGENT (if in the U.S.). Future Cruise Deposit Terms and Conditions

(Before June 22, 2024)

Future Cruise Deposit amounts listed are based on double-occupancy in the following currencies: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, and BRL. Certificate cancellations are fully refundable. After one year, the onboard discount promotion of the Future Cruise Deposit Certificate (FCD) will be forfeited. Once the voyage is selected, if a cancellation is requested, the standard booking terms and conditions will apply. FCD is transferable (limits). Maximum purchase of three Future Cruise Deposit Certificates. One FCD Certificate maximum may be applied to a reservation and is a one-time use only. FCD Certificate may be transferred one time only if the parameters above are followed. The Future Cruise Deposit Program applies to new bookings only. Reservations booked prior to the Certificate purchase date are not eligible.**Onboard Savings of up to $4,000 per suite is secured based on length of voyage and suite category selected. Savings will be confirmed at time of booking. Onboard Savings are combinable with most public offers. **$500 per person reduced deposit applies to Penthouse Suites, Concierge Suites, Superior Suites, Deluxe Veranda Suites, Veranda Suites and Deluxe Window Suites (Categories A-H); 7.5% reduced deposit applies to Master Suites, Grand Suites, Explorer Suites, Voyager Suites, Mariner Suites, Navigator Suites, Seven Seas Suites and Horizon View Suites (Categories MS-SS); 10% reduced deposit applies to World Cruise in all Suite Categories; standard 25% deposit applies Regent Suite (Category RS) on Seven Seas Explorer®, Seven Seas Splendor® and Seven Seas Grandeur™. On Seven Seas Grandeur™ inaugural season voyages, $500 per person reduced deposit applies to Penthouse Suites, Concierge Suites, Superior Suites, Deluxe Veranda Suites and Veranda Suites; standard 25% deposit applies to Regent Suite, Master Suites, Grand Suites, Grandeur Suites and Seven Seas Suites (Category RS-SS) on Seven Seas Grandeur™ inaugural season voyages. For Grand Voyages and Combo sailings, reduced deposit of $500 per person, per segment applies to Penthouse Suites, Concierge Suites, Superior Suites, Deluxe Veranda Suites, Veranda Suites and Deluxe Window Suites (Categories A-H), while 7.5% reduced deposit per segment applies to Master Suites, Grand Suites, Explorer Suites, Voyager Suites, Mariner Suites, Navigator Suites, Seven Seas Suites and Horizon View Suites (Categories MS-SS). Onboard Savings deposit schedule applies. †Guest may transfer their voyage date and deposit one-time outside the 151/121 days prior to sailing and receive the Onboard Savings and Seven Seas Society® Savings as offered on the new sailing selected. Certificates can be transferred once from the onboard purchaser to a different guest, even if they were not aboard the voyage from which said Certificate originated. Guests will receive a $200 USD Shipboard Credit (SBC) per suite for each new booking made on board. The Shipboard Credit will be applied to the future booking to which the FCD is applied. Waitlisted bookings are not eligible. Best Price Guarantee is when a new promotion becomes available, guest will have the choice to adjust the reservation to the new promotion providing the category the guest is booked in is available. Should the new promotion become available after final payment has been paid, the difference will be given to guest in the form of a shipboard credit, suite upgrade, or a future cruise credit at Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ discretion providing the category the guest is booked in is available. Guests can call their travel advisor OR Regent Seven Seas Cruises to have the new promotion added to their reservation (subject to availability).
